Round 2 saw us playing with only 14 players and no bench in a very warm Blue Mountains. We certainly came out firing in the first quarter and our opposition found it hard to match up with us despite having four fresh legs.

By half-time we were 43 points ahead, but our players looked really tired as we found a bit of shade for our team talk.

The Kangaroos made a big comeback in the third quarter, and they quickly got the ball up and past our tired defence for four quick goals and an equal of number of behinds. At the three-quarter break the players really revved up to dig deep and stop them from any further scoring.
