Well done to Zac Darnell who played his 50th game for the Goannas today. What a fantastic milestone, and he had an outstanding game!

Our coach David tells me today was a tough physical game and we found it particularly hard to compete in the third quarter. He was really happy with the way the players were able to lift their game in the last quarter, and hopes this continues into next week's game.

Players need to continue to work on kicking and hand passing during the week as well as at training.

Thank you to Dianne and Mark for standing in as team manager and runner today so Rod and myself could enjoy a weekend away. To all my other parent helpers, Chris on goals, Steve our water carrier, Greg G timekeeping and Kyle on the scoreboard, as well as Trish and Tash in the canteen and Pino on the BBQ - thank you to everyone for your help.
